I looove the Dead Kennedys, and I love the Foo Fighters (I met Dave Grohl in Alexandria, Virginia one night not too long ago), and I love System of a Down. This cover version of Holiday in Cambodia makes me wish two things:
1. I wish I'd actually been at the VMAs this year.
2. I wish there was a comparable band to the Dead Kennedys in the day and age.

They only showed part of the performance on the VMA's before they went to a commercial break. And the VMA's were the worst I've ever seen and I like music. MTV I hate with a passion. They just don't make bands like DK's anymore. Too bad.
MTV was so much better back in the early 80s when it was new. They actually (shock!) played music videos almost all of the time. And stuff that didn't get much radio play. Sigh. I miss those days. MTV sucks now with all of their reality crap.
